I’ve
lived with the Lie of pretending not
to know him and staying away from Michael Jackson since 1966, to love and respect
Katherine’s wishes. I know she’s big enough to repay me by giving me the
respect I have earned and tell the truth now that the time has come.
Now
that the truth has reached it’s time to surface as the truth always does in
time. Hurting me and my family is the price unnecessarily being paid, by hiding
the past any longer.
I
know she’ll make me proud enough to call her my second mother once again.

“Remember, Michael is watching.”
My true story started as an epic
tale about two young boys fed up with the horrors of violence and the cowardice
act of bullying.
They were faced with the fact that they
were about to be pounded by the same gang of bullies who had been terrorizing the
entire school these two boys had just moved into.
Boy
One who tried to get the teachers to help, only got in trouble for pointing out
the problem that the teacher was ashamed of not knowing how to deal with. He
then figured if he was going to take a beating anyway, at least he could try to
make it work towards putting an end to the violence by picking the time and
fight himself, giving him the advantage of standing up to them and being able
to tell them each: “I’ll catch you alone afterward.”
Boy
Two believing it to be a suicide mission, refused to let this first boy take
that risk all alone.
Both boys who were terrified of being
killed, each fought for his friend and the other children and ended up winning
the fight against great odds(twice their number and their size). They were
expelled for doing what they should have been praised for.
Boy One ( me, Mark Hammock) became a simple
truck driver and family man of meager monetary means but very successful at
defending individuals and families against many forms of bullies, paying high
prices for it many times (Job and or money loss and physical injuries).
Boy two (Michael Jackson) became one of the
most famous people on earth and the focus of much controversy, but still did
much for this cause and many similar to it.
I am a stranger to the music and
entertainment industries and very new to writing. I could really use the help
of someone more knowledgeable in these fields, but make no mistake. My death is
the only thing that will stop me from turning this true story into a major
motion picture aimed at the prevention of bullying, etc. This is the promise I
made to Michael Jackson for saving my life and I have given my life to this story
those pacts and this cause, risking my life many times over.
Each of these boys were greatly
misunderstood by the people who knew and cared about them and even much of
their own family, greatly because of the pacts they had promised each other and
themselves to live up to which they were both so determined to do, regardless
of the personal sacrifices to themselves and sometimes even their families.
This
single act started a chain reaction of adventures which led to both of them
being successful at what was most important to them in life, but it also led to
their physical separation forever. Unfortunate circumstances forced these two
boys to stay apart and keep this story a well kept secret until such time as
Boy Two who’s hope was of becoming famous and his prediction of this country
becoming fed up with this bullying problem being all too familiar in our
schools, (A Turning Point)
had come true and it has.

As of September 11th, 2012
having had the above mentioned package returned (see PDF copy of returned
package.) I am going to be emailing this entire PDF document to hweitzman@kwikalaw.com, www.kwikalaw.com/hweitzman, info@kwikalaw.com, www.kwikalaw.com, as well as faxing it to: (310) 566-9871 and every public source I can find until
Katherine Esther Jackson comes forward to do the right thing and acknowledge me
publically or in a court of law about the events of 1966. This was every bit as
important to Michael Jackson as it is to me and now that the truth is being
called a lie, I refuse to let her misjudgment of hiding the past scar me and my
family because of a mistake made by Michael Jackson and I as two little boy’s.
I am prepared to enter into evidence in
a court of law every word of this PDF and the entire contents of the book KING
OF POP AND BANDIT ONE GLOVE which I declare under penalty of perjury to be true
and correct.
Declaration
of facts and request for authorization
To: The executors of Michael Jackson’s estate.
Date: August 3, 2012
Michael Jackson and I spent
the largest part of nearly every day together for three months in 1966.
After saving each other’s
lives, Michael Jackson and I meant so much to each other that we had performed
a blood brother ceremony by cutting our hands, pressing the wounds together and
making several pacts.
During the next three months
I had started calling Katherine mom at her request.
I actually came to think of her as my second mother.
After Michael and I had
gotten into pretty serious trouble one day, his mother decided to keep us apart
in order to hide our adventurous relationship together from public scrutiny.
His hopes and expectations
of becoming famous as well as the love and respect I had for both Michael and
his mother are why I honored her decision and kept that secret for so many
years.
Michael and I knew then,
just like I know now that our adventures together, our feelings for each other
and the pacts we made with one another even though we were going to be kept
apart, would still and did, greatly impact both of our lives forever.
All of this, combined with
the pact I made with Michael about telling this story, makes our adventures
together and both our life's accomplishments ever since that point in time a
very important part of Michael’s life story and my autobiography.
This story also holds vital
information for the worlds understanding of Michael Jackson's childhood and
might also shed light on some of his misunderstood actions, in turn upholding
his/our character. Volume 1 entitled KING OF POP and BANDIT ONE GLOVE is
already written and self published as an eBook. Authorization has been
requested for further advanced publishing in order for me to move on with the
fulfillment of the oath I made to Michael for saving my life. The bigger story,
a Movie’s screenplay I hope the Jackson’s will work with me in writing.
These are the reasons that I
am making this request for authorization to use images, names, titles and other
materials from the performances and other accomplishments of Michael Jackson
ever since that point in time.
